Have you ever thought of taking driving lessons with Lewis Hamilton, Ayrton Senna, and Michael Schumacher all teaching you together? Or learning how to play tennis with Serena Williams, Djokovic, and Federer. Or even taking football lessons with Marta, Messi, and CR7. Well, it would be a dream, wouldn't it?! But that's how I feel here at The Data School UK.
When I first started my journey to become a data analyst, I'd spend hours watching Andy Kriebel and Tim Ngwena teach all sorts of cool tricks on Tableau Desktop. And I'll never forget that my first book about data was Carl Allchin's "Communicating with Data," which made me understand the importance of effectively communicating with data, as your viz can influence people's actions and decisions and achieve your organization's goals - How powerful is that?!
In the past 5 months, I've been surrounded by these 3 legends, teaching me everything about data. Sometimes I can't even believe that I have them as my coaches and coworkers.
It is incredible to be able to work with those who inspire you. Besides Tim, Carl, and Andy, I am proud to say that I also work with many other data heroes and Tableau Visionaries such as Lorna Brown, Will Sutton, Priya Padham, Jenny Martin, Irene Diomi and many other Tableau Ambassadors.
One day, I hope to be able to inspire future data analysts just like this team inspires me.
