Saampave is experienced in working as a data validator, refining her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. She has utilised and expanded her data analysis skills during her employment on a dairy farm, where she analysed feeding patterns, weight and breed to identify and treat sick or underdeveloped calves.
She has expertise in Tableau, PBI, SQL, Alteryx and dbt. Saampave completed a month-long intensive data engineering training where she developed end-to-end ELT pipeline using Python, Snowflake and dbt. Leveraging these skills in the telecommunications sector, she modelled user journeys to pinpoint website drop-off points. Furthermore, Saampave delivered a six-month project for a major airline group, utilizing SQL and Tableau to identify operational stress points. Her insights enabled the company to optimize resource allocation and significantly reduce costs. Saampave holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Glasgow.
Outside work, she enjoys crocheting and hiking. Her passion for travel led her to Australia and South Asia, where she immersed herself in diverse cultures and expanded her worldview. She used her proficiency in Tamil to connect with locals in South India.
