A Computer Science graduate from the University of Exeter, Ross first combined creativity and problem-solving through a dissertation project that used crime and open-source infrastructure data to map safe walking routes. His technical background spans Python, SQL, Java, and web development, alongside experience in DevOps principles and version control. Joining The Data School, he aims to translate raw data into actionable insights that guide business strategy.
When he’s not analysing datasets, Ross is usually outdoors. A former Freestyle Captain and Media Secretary for Exeter’s Snowsports Club, he takes every opportunity to ski, hike, golf, or surf, routinely capturing his travels through photography.
