Maysa Falchero

Maysa moved from Brazil to Germany seven years ago, driven by a desire to explore new personal and professional paths. After settling in, she completed her training as a chemical laboratory technician and began her career in the research and development of adhesive formulations.

In her R&D role, Maysa worked extensively with experimental data, planning tests, analyzing results, and documenting findings for cross-functional teams.

Over time, she became increasingly drawn to the analytical side of her work as she identified patterns in data, improved the clarity of reports, and supported better decision-making through structured information. This growing interest in the value of data beyond the lab led her to pursue a transition into the field of data analytics.

Outside of work, Maysa enjoys traveling, catching up with friends, discovering new music, and staying active on her inline skates. She values connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
