After gaining extensive experience in the humanitarian sector, Leonardo developed a strong interest in data analysis — a shift that led to a full career transformation.
He worked for eight years at the German Red Cross Headquarters as a Project Officer and Unit Assistant, where he developed guidelines to streamline training and event coordination and supported emergency aid missions by preparing logistics and resources for field delegates. During that time, he also spent a year as a freelance group fitness trainer, leading sessions to help clients improve their health and fitness.
Now, at The Data School, as a certified Tableau Data Analyst, Leonardo applied his expertise to client projects that delivered clear, actionable insights.
