Lauren graduated with a masters in Mathematics from the University of Hull, where she fell in love with data science after her Topics of Data Science module in 4th year. The ability to use data to make predictions or better understand the past, while being able to use her creativity skills was very appealing.
Previously having gained knowledge of data science in Python, she is excited to see what Tableau and Alteryx add to the world of data while at The Information Lab.
In her spare time Lauren loves to spend time with animals, particularly riding horses and drawing and painting.
