Jesus is a London-based data analyst highly skilled in Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL at The Information Lab. Shortlisted Tableau Visualization in the World Data Visualization Prize 2023. First-class 2020 Aerospace Engineering graduate also experienced in web development (Angular, JS, HTML, CSS) and Cloud services (AWS serverless and server-based applications). Jesus is originally from Madrid, Spain, but has lived in the UK for over 10 years.
Jesus’ past role was Space sector analyst at an UK startup called know.space where he was co-author for the UK Space Agency's Size and Health of the UK Space Industry 2020. As part of the DS25 at The Information Lab, Jesus has achieved Alteryx Advance Certification, Tableau Certified Associate, and AWS Cloud Practitioner.
For his placements, Jesus has enjoyed success with his first at Inmarsat as an Tableau Insights Analyst, second at European Investment Fund (EIF) as an Alteryx Consultant and Developer, and third at British Aerospace Systems (BAE Systems) as an Data Analyst/Alteryx and Tableau Consultant.
Jesus continues to upgrade his skills in data preparation, data visualisation and presentation using trending software such as Tableau, Alteryx and AWS.
Outside of work, Jesus enjoys going on walks, planning future trips abroad, expand his web developing knowledge, gym and fitness, and eating sushi or latin food.
