Gerard is a Data Analytics Consultant at The Information Lab who believes the best data solutions begin with understanding the people and problems behind the data. Before joining The Information Lab, he supported data operations at the International Rescue Committee, where he managed client data, developed dashboards, and automated reporting workflows that helped staff make more informed decisions.
Gerard holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Eastern University and a Master of Education from Rutgers University. Before transitioning into analytics, he spent several years teaching in schools and hospitals across New Jersey, where he developed a passion for breaking down complex ideas for diverse audiences.
