Carla is a Data Analytics Consultant at The Information Lab with a passion for understanding how the past shapes the present. This interest is reflected in her studies in History and Biology at the City College of New York.
Before joining the Information Lab, she worked in retail, where she refined her ability to address client needs and used data to forecast demand. Her curiosity in the behind-the-scenes decision-making of businesses sparked her journey into data analytics.
At the Information Lab, Carla has developed strong skills in data preparation using tools such as Tableau Prep, Power Query, and Alteryx. She applies these skills to build dashboards aligned with visual best practices, helping clients uncover meaningful insights.
Outside of the office, Carla enjoys traveling, gardening, and going on nature walks.
