Arushi’s curiosity for data led her to work for a small consultancy focused on improving operational and performance for their clients. It was here that she began building her technical skillset, starting with SQL and R. She was involved in data governance projects, Application Adoption analysis and advised on cross-cutting communication and documentation. This allowed her clients to progress towards their goal for a single source of truth and ability to utilise their data. She continues to expand her skills in a range of data analytics and visualisation tools.
Arushi also led a project that involved investigative work to find an approach that her client can use to extract data from an API, allowing her to further her development in Client communication, management and pivoting when required.
Fascinated by human behaviour, Arushi strives to understand the humanity behind raw data. This interest took root during her experience with her degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, where she developed a determination to understand problems at their core to provide fresh perspectives/ approaches and solutions.
Outside of her work, Arushi is an aspiring florist. This pursuit provides her with a sense of tranquillity and a creative outlet. By curating monthly themes through colour and composition, she finds meaning in the details and brings joy to others through a unique medium. She also enjoys the challenge of a Sudoku puzzle or going on long walks across the countryside.
