Fascinated by human behaviour, Arushi strives to understand the humanity behind raw data. This interest took root during her degree in Psychology and Neuroscience, where she developed a determination to understand problems at their core to provide fresh perspectives and solutions.
Arushi’s curiosity for data led her to a post-graduate role focused on operational and performance measures. It was here that she began building her technical skills, starting with SQL and R. Now, as part of the Data School, she continues to expand her skills in a range of data visualisation and analytics tools.
Outside of her work, Arushi is an aspiring florist. This pursuit provides her with a sense of tranquility and a creative outlet. By curating monthly themes through colour and composition, she finds meaning in the details and brings joy to others through a unique medium. She also enjoys the challenge of a Sudoku puzzle or going on long walks across the countryside.
