Ahsen Polat

Ahsen is a Data School Consultant with a focus on Business Intelligence, dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making. Fresh out of the four-month training program, she brings a strong combination of technical implementation and strategic thinking. In both internal and client-facing projects, she has already taken responsibility for developing interactive dashboards – from data preparation to the final visual story. Her motivation to become a data analyst grew from an early passion for analysis and numbers – and the desire to turn that curiosity into a profession.

Ahsen studied Ecotrophology at HAW Hamburg and first came into contact with data analysis through market research projects during her studies – including a behavioral analysis of canteen usage involving full data collection and evaluation using tools like Sawtooth and SPSS, shaping her growing interest in data and analytics. Not least, her six-month internship at Nestlé in quality assurance confirmed her interest in turning data into something meaningful.

Thanks to her academic background, Ahsen also brings experience in counseling methods and client interaction.

In her free time, she enjoys sports, food-related topics, and learning new skills – most recently expanding her language skills.
