As a former private sector teacher and tutor, Aaron brings his passion for clear communication and skill development to the world of data analytics. After graduating from CUNY Hunter with a degree in Politics, he used data-driven insights to serve clients ranging in age from 4 to 40, developing his skills in test preparation, academic enrichment, public speaking, and educational data analytics. His students went on to acceptance and graduation at Georgetown, MIT, Columbia, and other top universities.
Collaborating with partners in the NYC tech community, he co-wrote educational games in Unity targeted toward Common Core standards and developed programming skills in C# and Lua. After time serving the NYC Vax4All program and the NYC Mayor’s Public Engagement Unit, Aaron decided to completely retask to tech and data work. At the end of 2022 he gratefully accepted a fellowship at Fullstack Academy's Data Analyst Training Accelerator (DATA) program funded by the NYC Tech Talent Pipeline, demonstrating skill in Tableau, Excel, SQL, and Python. Now that he has graduated from the training portion of The Data School, he is excited to help communicate insights to improve stakeholders' decision-making and competence in analytics.
